Intro call → a paid take-home or working session → on-site (or remote) with the team → offer. Usually 2–3 weeks end to end.
Do you sponsor relocation?+
Yes — for roles tagged Dubai we cover relocation, visa and a settling-in period. Remote roles are remote first.
